Questions before you open a port

Bring whatever record you already have, even if it is incomplete or out of date. A rough drawing, a vendor handover or a set of photos of the racks all save bench time. If nothing exists, that is fine as well: the first link sheet bay is designed to start from an empty page and build the map from the room itself.

Yes. Bench windows can be scheduled outside the standard hours when a change has to happen while the office is quiet. Tell us the window you need in your message and the studio will confirm whether it can be covered, along with the rollback plan that the window requires.

Written ports are logged the same working day they arrive and are answered on the next working day at the latest. Requests that concern an active fault are read first. If you need a faster reply, call +17409964938 during bench hours and leave a short description of the system alongside your name.

ChengDu YouShuoJiaLian Technology Co., Ltd. opens its lab window each working morning to new systems, and every message is read at the bench before a reply is written.
